We have a team of project managers, site forepersons and administrative staff who commit themselves to every project, with the aim to finish on time and within budget.

Marc Morabito – Director / Construction Manager

Marc has over 25 years extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction. He has an in depth knowledge of all aspects of construction and building services.

Marc cut his teeth on commercial construction when he worked on a number of high rise office construction and refurbishment projects in Sydney City and North Sydney, both as a site engineer and site manager.

As well as having a wealth of experience in most types of construction, Marc also has a sound understanding of mechanical services having worked previously for Mechanical Services Contractors. He is a licensed builder and a member of the Institute of Engineers.

Vicki Morabito – Director / Chief Financial Officer

Vicki has been a partner in the business since its inception 20 years ago. Vicki manages all company finance, office administration and general accounts.

Rosanna Romeo – Contracts Manager

Over the past 2 years, Rosanna has worked as a Contracts Manager / Project Administrator for Marc Morabito Constructions. She has been involved in all aspects of projects from planning through to contracts, construction and defects management. Liaising with the client, subcontractors and the project managers, she has helped to ensure that projects come in on time and to the satisfaction of clients.
